Decked out in a tight red latex mini skirt and heels, Charlie Valentine saunters around her captive sub Spikey Dee laying down the laws and making sure he understand why he is there in her dungeon today. He is there to service Mistress Valentine and eagerly do whatever she asks. He is not to ask questions, only answer them. To begin Charlie administers some discipline to her naughty Spikey with the crop and then decorates his delicate little body with clothes pins. She taunts him by flicking the pins causing a pinching sensation and then plucks each one off leaving red marks on his skin.
