Bequi, who prefers working out at home while caring for her husband, is immediately interested and asks him to demonstrate a few routines. What begins as a simple equipment walkthrough quickly becomes more personal. As he guides her through proper form with the dumbbells and encourages deeper squats, the atmosphere shifts.
